Do I know someone who doesn't like fried rice? I don't think so. Because it is simple food and very nice. You can it in breakfast time or lunch time.

Ok, I will share you the recipe and I wish you will like it too.

Fried rice
Ingredients:
4 plate of white rice,
100 grams of small pieces of meat balls,
200 g sausages into small pieces ,
100 g of small pieces of chicken,
sweet soy sauce to taste,
5 pieces mustard greens into small pieces,
margarine for sauteing,
tomatoes and cucumber for garnish.

Marinade:
4 cloves garlic,
5 shallots,
cayenne pepper to taste,
salt to taste,
tomato sauce.

Method:
Blend all ingredients except tomato sauce. Saute finely with margarine, and add a little cooking oil.

Put chicken, sausage and meatballs, saute briefly, then enter the rice.

Stir in mustard. Give pieces, stir again. Put soy sauce, and ketchup tomato. Stir until cooked.

Served for the last 4 plates.

Give red tomato slices and cucumber for decoration. Sometimes I like to add bean and sweet corn and also egg fried. Mmm yummy and healthy.
