Kue Keju (Cheese Cookies)

Mmmmmm the little boy like pinapple cookies but the little girl like the cheese cookies. So I also will make this for her.

I want to share the recipe for you. This our recipe.

Ingredients:
175 gr grated cheese.
50 gr grated cheese to mix cookie dough.
200 gr butter.
100 gr butter.
200 grams of wheat flour.
50 grams of sugar.
2 eggs yolks.

For greasing:
2 egg yolks.
1 tsp yellow coloring.
2 whole egg whites.

How to Make:

Butter, sugar, and egg yolks shaken for 5 minutes. Add the flour and grated cheese and stir with a wooden spoon.

Milled ± 0.5 cm thick dough, then cut - pieces with a size of 2 x 4 cm. Place on a baking sheet that has been buttered.

Then, spread egg whites on the cake, and love grated cheese. Then apply the egg yolk. Bake until dry.

Bahan: 

175 gr Keju parut.
50 gr keju parut untuk campuran adonan kue.
200 gr Mentega.
100 gr butter.
200 gr Tepung terigu.
50 gr gula.
2 butir Kuning telur.
 
Untuk mengoles:
2 butir kuning telur.
1 sdt pewarna kuning.
2 butir putih telur.

Cara Membuat: 

Mentega dan kuning telur dikocok selama 5 menit. Tambahkan tepung terigu dan keju parut, aduk rata dengan sendok kayu.

Giling adonan setebal ± 0,5 cm, lalu potong - potong dengan ukuran 2 x 4 cm. Letakkan diatas loyang yang telah diolesi mentega. Lalu, olesi putih telur pada kue, lalu kasih keju parut. Kemudian oleskan kuning telur.
Panggang hingga kering.
