Indonesia traditional cake, this is my favorite cake when I was kid and till this time. Mmmmm the brown sugar when that's melt in my mouth so yummy and gggrrr I want it more and more ƗƗɐƗƗɐƗƗɐ... :D ƗƗɐƗƗɐƗƗɐ :D

Ingredients:

400 gr dried rice flour
150 gr grated coconut
125 grams of brown sugar, sliced thin
300 ml of water
1 tea spoon salt
2 pcs pandan leaves
bamboo mold of 3-5 cm diameter. Sufficient for pedestal banana leaves.

How to make:

1. Prepare a pot, boil water, add salt, pandan leaves, stir briefly, lift, let stand until warm.

2. Put rice flour in a container, pour the warm pandan water gradually while stirring constantly with hands until well blended and fine-grained, do until the water runs out.

3. Prepare a coarse sieve, strain the flour batter earlier, incitement to finely granular.

4. Take a bamboo mold, put half the flour mixture, holes in the middle, put the slices of brown sugar, cover back up full of dough, flatten.

5. Feedback mold, keep on baking sheet that has been given a banana leaf base. Repeat pan can hold them.

6. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes, remove from heat, remove the cake from the mold are desperate. Repeat until the dough runs out.

7. Serve cake putu mature with a sprinkling of grated coconut.
